These terms govern your use of cqtammo.com and commercial.cqtammo.com. By using either site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the sites.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to buy rifle or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 to buy handgun ammunition, you must not be prohibited by law from possessing ammunition, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you live. Trade accounts are reviewed and approved by us before activation.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date — particularly your licence details and expiry.
Pricing, quotes and orders
Trade pricing is confidential to your account and must not be shared. Prices and availability can change without notice, and an obvious error in a listed price does not bind us. A quote is an offer to sell at the stated prices for the stated period only, and is subject to stock. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it.
Approval is not a dealer agreement
Approval of a trade application is not a dealer agreement and not an offer to sell. No authority to resell products distributed by CQT Ammo LLC exists until an Authorized Dealer Agreement has been signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, data or areas of the sites you are not authorised to use; do not scrape, resell or republish our catalogue or pricing; do not interfere with the operation or security of the sites; and do not misrepresent your identity, licence status or authority.
Our content
The sites, their text, images and layout are owned by us or our licensors. Manufacturer names and product images are the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only.
Disclaimers and liability
The sites are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. Nothing on the sites is safety, legal or ballistics advice; always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safe handling practice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of the sites is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and the courts of Macomb County, Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction.
